AN RATIO ANALYSIS OF NON PERFORMING ASSETS IN STATE BANK OF INDIA OBJECTIVES To understand the concept of NPA. To identify the causes of NPAs in Indian banking system.  To study the role of NPA in banking sector. RESEARCH METHODOLOGY Source of Data :secondary data Tools: ratio analysis period of study:5yrs Table showing Gross & Net npa years Gross npa Net npa 2015 4.00% 2.00% 2016 7.00% 2.00% 2017 7.00% 4.00% 2018 11.00% 6.00% 2019 8.00% 3.00%
AN RATIO ANALYSIS OF NON PERFORMING ASSETS IN STATE BANK OF INDIA FINDINGS Gross npa (2019): 8% Net npa (2019): 3% SUGGESTIONS  SBI need to take more care and follow ideal norms of granting advances. Net NPA Ratio of state Bank of india is very alarming stage. CONCLUSION The NPA is one of the biggest problems that the Indian Banks are facing today According to this project I came to know that from the analysis of NPA. So the banks should focus on good assets in the coming years by taking care internal as well as external factors.

AN RATIO ANALYSIS OF NON PERFORMING ASSETS IN STATE BANK OF INDIA FINDINGS Gross npa (2019): 8% Net npa (2019): 3% SUGGESTIONS  SBI need to take more care and follow ideal norms of granting advances. Net NPA Ratio of state Bank of india is very alarming stage. CONCLUSION The NPA is one of the biggest problems that the Indian Banks are facing today According to this project I came to know that from the analysis of NPA. So the banks should focus on good assets in the coming years by taking care internal as well as external factors.
