business meeting.

3. Prepare the main topics to discuss.
It is very important to prepare the main
topics and let all the participants know that
no other topic will be discussed because
the meeting was made to talk about the
most important or urgent things; all of
these should be done before the meeting.

4. Make

on rules
When in business meetings is normal that
everyone wants to talk and give their
opinion; and that is what meetings are for
… but all participants have to be quiet
when one is talking, wait for their turn and
understand that only one can be talking at
a time.

5. No cellphones allowed!
“No cellphones allowed” rule is a must!
Nowadays people get distracted very
easily by using their phones, and in
order to avoid that; make everyone
leave their phones in a little box before
the meeting starts.
