1. ART PRESENTATION. 3 ESO B
1. Look at the museums and look for a painting you like
2. Look at the 2 videos about how to describe a painting.
3. Prepare a short presentation in pairs about the object you chose in point 1. (Power
Point, Prezi or video) ( in pairs)
4. The Description/Presentation must have the following information:
a. 4 to 5 slides of the object/ information ( title + images + captions and some text)
b. The presentation is a visual and oral presentation: do not write all the information
on the presentation. You will explain in front of the class your painting but you are
not supposed to READ all the information from the presentation. Take notes and
explain the painting without reading.
c. Introduce the picture, what can you see in it, who is doing what ( look at video 1)
d. Write about the author
e. Write about other aspects: colours, feelings, style, type of painting, texture ( See
Julia’s presentation).
f. The oral presentation ( prepare what you will say on a separate paper and learn it
by heart)
g. NEW: Use Julia’s presentations to add more information ( point e).
