Executive Dean, External Relationships & Partnerships, Dean Emeritus, Business
• Joined Capella in 2002.
• Serve as Dean, School of Business.
• Previously served as Dean, School of Education; Interim
Dean, School of Business & Technology; and Associate
Dean, Graduate and MBA Programs, School of Business &
Technology.
• Over 40 years combined experience in the private, public
and higher education sectors with a primary focus on
strategy and innovation, learning and development,
organizational effectiveness, and change management.
• Passionate community advocate and servant.

Assessment Specialist
• Joined Capella in 2004.
• Support assessment and analytics for ACBSP-accredited

ACBSP reviewing both traditional and online institutions.
• Former dean of a proprietary school and business,
marketing, and personal finance faculty with Capella and
SNHU.
• MBA, Master of Entrepreneurship and PhD candidate in
Finance at Capella.
