Also known as mechanical waves.
It is produce due to disturbance of the equilibrium position of
particle moves in space.
Example:
gamma rays ,x-rays ,ultraviolet waves, visible light,
Infared waves, microwaves, radio waves..
3. Two Phenomenon:
Observable (Ocean wave).
Non-Observable (when medium is confined b/w two short
point).
Travelling waves propagate like sine wave.
