This document provides a rubric for evaluating a student assignment on pressures for organizational change. The assignment requires students to identify an organization, describe pressures it faces in its industry, predict how those pressures may cause the organization to change, and support their analysis. The rubric evaluates students on identifying the organization and industry, describing relevant pressures and how they drive change, making a logical prediction about organizational changes, and supporting their work with evidence. The rubric also evaluates writing mechanics, paper formatting, and documentation of sources. Scores range from 0-5 in various categories, with 5 being excellent.
