1 2 export is a consultancy office having as a core business the development of export sale
networks and business volumes throughout the European Union and worl wide markets.
Our aim is to be a trustable a partner for small/medium companies, planning to export
through the European Community, as well as for foreign companies needing a support in
exporting to Italy and Europe from abroad.
Under an operational point of view, our activity can be compared to an EXPORT (AREA)
MANAGER but in OUTSOURCING (so, as an external resource to the company, instead of a
hired management figure).
We are therefore able to research, arrange, follow and control sale networks on site (taking
directly care of your customers or, when needed or requested, finding and managing local
resident representative / agents / distributors), as well as to provide a proper support to the
company-management concerning export.
This will allow your company:
1. to invest in new markets business start-up or development, by facing a limited cost
when compared with recruiting a skilled management resource;
2. to reduce your investment risks, by having a limited contract validity timeline
(differently than hiring) depending of the project structure;
3. to have an office working with you instead of a single person (in case of hiring a
manager).

1 2 export was born on the base Mr. Damiano Zornetta’s previous professional experience,
working first for manufactoring companies as area manager and than as freelancer (since
2009) for companies in different fields, giving them support in building sales networks abroad.
Further to that we co-operate with a consolidated professional network, allowing the
company to provide a high level consultancy also for:
- web communication and content management (in several languages also)
- CRM (customer relationship management) solutions
We are working in some fields also in networking, with different companies having the same
customers-target and complematary products or services, it means non-competitive
products ranges.
This allow us to offer to our customers some benefits:
- in-network cost sharing, for both management and operational costs;
- to reduce and rationalize your costs for missions abroad, because shared with other
companies in your network;
- to benefit of any eventual pre-existent sale channel in your network, further to – of
course – results connected with our direct market push-out.
Our operative principles will allow our network partners to start-up / speed-up their export
business, by facing a limited investment (management sharing) in a middle-management
export sales structure, in a flexible way (normally 12-month contract, instead of a definitive
recruitment of an internal manager), taking advantage of an experienced, skilled sale force.
Moreover, being able to face the market with a complete product range is also an essential
plus to attract visibility and interest.
Further plans are at the moment under construction, in order to start up our branches in
other countries. This will allow us to create a international network and enhance the service
we can offer to our customers.
