control this risk?

Slips and trips Actors and crew may be injured if they
trip over objects or slip on wet surfaces
General good housekeeping is carried out.

fully charged)
Crew keep film sets clear, e.g. no boxes
left in walkways
Minor improvement in housekeeping.
All areas well cleaned before
departure of set (regardless of whether
you are returning the following day)
Arrange for risks on private area (e.g.

Risk to public Public may not be aware that filming is taking
place and, as such, trip over trailing cables or
contact the area’s management to complain
(regardless of the permission we have)

cables. Filming at peak times is minimized as to avoid
large volumes of people around the set
Place signs up around the set explaining what
we are doing.
Tom Burden will
create a simple sign
to be used on the set
and will need to
make sure that it is
used at each
location.

Risk of property being
stolen
Whilst filming, particularly in public areas, some
equipment may be stolen
All equipment is clearly marked with the owners name
and is never left unattended.
A member of the crew will be in charge of
equipment and will act as an overall manager
for the protection of equipment
This will be Ben
Trant’s responsibility.
If he is involved in
the scene, he will
delegate his role to
someone else during
that time
From day 1 of
filming:
23/11/15
23/11/15
Risk assessment should be reviewed if thought to be no longer (e.g. following an accident on set or if there are any significant changes to hazards, such as new equipment or work activities)
.
