STEPS FOR CONTINOUS SELF MOTIVATION
POSITIVE ATTITUDE:
Thinking positive in every situation is hallmark of all great leaders
while positive thinking doesn't change the situation on its own, it makes us capable of
thinking innovative solutions to old problems.
KEEP GOOD COMPANY:
Positive people lift up our mood and make us relaxed and a relaxed mind is capable of
generating good thoughts and our body doesn't secrete stress hormones (adrenaline &
non-adrenaline) which are beneficial in long run.
KEEP LEARNING:
There is no end to education, learning new things increases confidence, it makes new
neural connections in our brain. This increased confidence spills over to other parts of
life like family, relationships, jobs etc.
KEEP WORRYING AT BAY:
Problem's are here to stay. There won't be any zest in life if there are no challenges or
obstacles to overcome. One should tackle bigger problems in a step wise manner by
breaking it into smaller manageable tasks.
HELP OTHERS:
Law of Karma says that we have to do good things for others if we want good things for
