A PROCESS TO MANIFEST BUDDHAHOOD: BUDDHIST MEDITATION
As every technique which is related to concentration and meditation, it improves the
quality of life. Similarly, regular practice of Buddhist meditation techniques will
surely develop the concentration, mindfulness ad increase good healthy emotions
such as kindness, compassion love and most importantly forgiveness. It also helps
you in becoming calm, relaxed and also have a sense of a good human being. You
can easily lead a healthy life both physical and mentally as it ensures to bring your
mind, body and souls all in sync and to a natural balance. When you will start
meditating, firstly you will have different thoughts popping up in your minds but they
should not be there. These meditation techniques will help you in reducing and
finally finishing the thoughts in your mind while meditating and stay in a state of
thoughtless awareness.
This technique is referred as a Buddhist meditation because Buddha practiced the
state of mindlessness all through his life and his disciples named it after Buddha.
The main aim of this activity was to decrease the needs of selfishness and the
desires of materialistic things. While you are meditating, you are totally aware of
your physical body and every small movement. But there are no thoughts in your
mind. People gradually increased the time of this state day by day from one single
second to minutes and then to hours also. This practice is a very discipline practice
and must be done regularly to gain maximum benefits and observe effects on your
mind, body and soul. You just need to retire your mind from all the worries and
physical desires at least once for some moments in a day. This is actually known
as meditation.
You will consequently feel relaxed and calm. It is really not easy to explain this
feeling to people but you can only experience through your own practice. When you
feel detached from the entire world, it is the exact feeling of practicing the Buddhist
meditation correctly. What if you have full control over your mind instead of
thinking about useless things? Most importantly, you must feel free from any kind of
fear while you are practicing Buddhist meditation. This brings you in a better state of
mind, a healthy body and an enlightened soul. You cannot make your mind free
from fear by taking any kind of vacation but it needs to be done on a daily basis
through meditation.
