For that I have gone through newspaper, magazine, research paper, web portal of DMRC, Delhi Gov. website and many others websites.

It may be from selling their product or providing service or else.DMRC have eight sources for revenue - <br />1- Selling from token <br />2- Selling from Smart Card (Travel Card) <br />3- Selling from Tourist Card <br />4- By advertising <br />5- Selling from space (for retail store, restaurants, ATM and other) <br />6- By Penalties <br />7- By movie clipping <br />8- By Carbon Credit<br />

Finding<br />DMRC revenue model is the best among 178 Metros worldwide.<br />DMRC is providing world class facilities for their commuters.<br />Safety and security is at high priority in DMRC.<br />Time management is very good in DMRC.<br />Project management is very well applied on DMRC construction.<br />To reduce cost, DMRC is doing outsourcing.<br />For security purpose DMRC using X-ray machine, metal detector.<br />DMRC project is social cost benefit project.<br />For control traffic DMRC using CCTV camera. <br />DMRC is eco-friendly .<br />

Suggestions<br />DMRC can increase their revenue by providing more facilities like Shopping malls at the metro station, ATM etc. <br />Number of commuters drastically increases at weekend, holidays, office time, festival and summer. So DMRC should increase number of cars, to decrease the number of people at station. <br />At peak hours people have to wait for entry at station due to single check-up system. DMRC should add more security checkup booth for convenience of commuters. <br />Few metro station like Rajiv Chauk, New Delhi, Central Secretariat and Kasmeeri Gate have more rush, so some people try to thief of wallet and jewelries. DMRC use CCTV Camera to catch up those thefts on the spot. <br />DMRC should appoint permanent inspection engineer for sight to avoided accident and quality control. <br />
