There are three types of people in relation to any organization: those who like you, those who don't like you, and those who don't know you exist. The key is to keep those who like you satisfied, accept that those who don't like you will be impossible to change, and use marketing, sales, and advertising to move those who don't know you into the group of those who like you. No organization will be promoted by others unless they are first willing to promote themselves through their own efforts.
