CareSource uses QI Monitoring project to track the Quality of Behavioral Health care, MyCare, High
risk Management and NCQA file reviews. QI Metrics like No. of Cases reviewed, No. of Questions reviewed and
% of Errors will be considered for analyzing the Quality of different health policies of CareSource. This Analysis
is useful to the CareSource Quality Improvement team to improve the efficiency of CareSource Policies and to
maintain the NCQA Standards.
Responsibilities:
 Created Reporting platform in MicroStrategy from scratch for Clinical Quality Monitoring Project.

Perform Source is a toolkit converted from Cognos to Microstrategy that enables banks and
government agencies to analyze best management. Perform Source project used by the banks to analyze
different metrics like spend amounts by Visa cards and non-card payments. This project will help banks to
increase their business by using visa cards by converting all non-card payments of the customers to visa card
payments.
• Responsibilities:
 Handled lead role in the Project and coordinate Onsite and Offshore team.
 Worked on requirements gathering from the clients and estimation of efforts including analysis of existing
system and analysis of data.
 Designed and developed the environment to generate reports and Dashboards.
 Extensively worked on Logical Data Modeling.

complete historic information related with sales of automobile components. The OLTP system contains data about

Warehouse. The tool is being run on this database and extracted and maintained in the warehouse and used
Microstrategy for analysis and reporting needs. This has enabled multimax to improve salesperformance, stabilize
