There are many universes exists in the server but the reports to be developed cannot be driven from the universe directly and lot of customization are done in the universe and the reports are created, sometimes the reports are directly driven from SQL queries without accessing the universes. Period : Feb 2003 to Feb 2004 Global Link Services Facilitate authorized exchange centers in Middle East to collect the remittances from the Customers and pass on the remittances to the SBI Global Link Services (GLS) office at Mumbai India. SBI GLS office will verify and validate the remittance transactions before giving an instruction for payment. The validations will be done to check money laundering and various test like OFAC and RBI Check etc, according to the rules regulated by Reserve bank of India. The validations are done automatically by the software application. Manual intervention is done only for cases that are doubtful and the system is unable to take a decision. Once the remittance instruction are validated and accepted for payment, corresponding draft issuing branch will be intimated to issue the draft or for Direct Credit. The complete process is automated and Data integrity and data security are ensured.
