Content Organization in curriculum development process
Content strategy has been described as “the practicle of planning the content
creation, delivery and governenceand a repeatable systemthat defines the entire
editorial content development process.
The first internationalcontentstrategy organization, definescontentstrategy as
“Getting the rightcontentto the right user at the right time through strategic
planning of contentcreation,delivery and governance.
Contentstrategist should strive to achieve contentthat is readable and
understandable, findable, actionable, and shareable in all of its variou8sforms.
The purpose of contentstrategist has been describe as achieving business goals by
maximizing the impactof content.
Organization:
A social unit of people that is structured and managed to meet a need or to
pursuecollective goals. All organizations havea management structurethat
determines relationships between the different activities and the members and
subdivides and assigns roles, responsibilities and authority to carry out different
tasks. Organizations areopen systemthey affect and are affected by their
environment.
Organizational charts:
Visualrepresentation of how a firm intends authority, responsibility and
information to flow within its formal organizationalstructure.Itusually depicts
different management functions( accounting,finance,human resources,
marketing, production etc) and their subdivisions which decision making power
travels downwards and answerability travels upwards,called organizational
charts.
Organizational behaviour:
Actions and attitudes of individual amd groups towards oneanother and towards
the organization as a whole, and its affect on the organization’s functioning and
performance.

Content is a king! It probably doesn’t take much convincing from my side to tell
you that your content is the most valuable asset.
However, besides checking that your content is usefull,effectiveand well written,
you need to make sureit is also clearly organized.
1-Defines a clear information.
2-Startwith critical content.
3-Group related content.
4-Show everything what’s relavent.
5-Testbefore implimentation.
