food allergies, damp environs,
consuming refrigerated items,

foods, certain drugs, Stress,

breathing, cold, cough, nasal
secretions, difficulty in chest
region, unable to take food may
even lead to death in extreme
conditions. In acute cases
Oxygen, vasodilators IV route
are needed.

4. Ayurveda suggests Pranayama,
clean environs, avoid pollution,
take warm fresh food, avoid
refrigerated food, sea foods,
junk food, avoid tamarind,

steam inhalations of Camphor

Ajwain powder with first morsel
