These six questions have been designed to help you identify and address the
often unconscious barriers that get in the way of seeing one another and our
decisions objectively. Ask them of yourself and others any time a decision about
another person is being made, embodying a sense of curiosity and open-
mindedness, much like Peter from The Snowy Day.
1) What do I know about this person?
2) What assumptions am I making?
3) How can I attain a different perspective?
4) How can I be more specific?
5) Could this be muddy snow?
