2. Provide 1-on-1 marketing consulting and technical assistance to program participants

3. Develop business marketing material for IRC Microenterprise Program participants, including: logos, business cards, flyers, brochures, door-hangers, coupons, etc

4. Develop basic websites utilizing online DIY software programs (including, but not limited to, Weebly)

6. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite package, primarily Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

7. Basic knowledge of HTML a plus

8. Works and communicates well with people of varied backgrounds.

9. Entrepreneurial or small business development experience a plus

10. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

11. Ability to work independently, be a self-starter and maintain responsibility for multiple tasks.

12. Flexibility, dependability, and creativity are desired.
