Strategic Planning
We work with companies to integrate strategic planning with
executable marketing and communications plans – ensuring that
you are positioned to successfully accomplish your goals.
Our strategic planning process has four steps:
1. Discovery
2. Market Analysis
3. Executive Sessions
4. Findings and Plan Development
The completed strategic plan will be execution ready.
Brand Platform Development
Our focus for this work is to establish a clear foundation for building
and executing a comprehensive brand identity as well as marketing
and communications plans. We will develop the key elements of a
brand platform:
1. Authenticity – does your brand represent who you are?
2. Relevancy – is it meaningful to your chosen markets?
3. Parity – do you deliver on its promise?
The completed brand platform can be used to develop your corporate
identity and products and services branding. Additionally, this
document will inform your creative briefs for marketing program
execution.

Marketing & Communications Planning
Informed by a foundation of lead generation and reputation management, every initiative will track back to one or
both of these core outcomes. We will also work to integrate marketing & communications plans with sales
execution – ensuring that we identify clear activity plans and metrics to track effectiveness.
This deliverable is an executable marketing or communications plan, focused on your identified target markets
and integrated with your organization’s sales activity plans.
Outsourced Marketing Management
Providing executive level marketing management, we work with your internal team as well as marketing and
design agencies to ensure that creative execution is consistent with your brand platform and drives initiatives that
produce sales leads and build a positive and effective reputation within your chosen markets.
Critical to our engagement will be to establish clear and agreed upon outcomes which can range from budgeting
for marketing spend to executing your marketing plan and mentoring internal marketing personnel.
About Evan Scott
Evan has 25 years of experience in strategic market planning, communications planning, and campaign
development and management. Additionally, he has led and worked on product development teams, and
consulted on marketing organization management and leadership mentoring to build more effective marketing
teams. Evan has held executive positions in both agency and corporate settings as well as being an
entrepreneur/owner in three companies.
Evan has a bachelor’s degree from Miami University and a master’s certificate in Innovation and Product
