  4. 4. Research The Problem You will have to intervene into the core of the problem and research for the solution. Do not depend on gossips and grapevines. Investigate the problem of the employee to solve them personally.
  5. 5. Allow The Employee To Explain The Behavior Always allow your employees to have their say about their unnatural behavior. You can listen to the explanation before getting into any conclusion.
