queries from the adverts. All candidates who apply are acknowledged by
email thanking them for their response.
• Manual Short Listing: CV’s are screened and filtered before being sent

11. REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE
• JIS shall assist THE CLIENT to recruit another professional
of similar caliber or an alternate professional with skills
as required by the THE CLIENT (both the skills and
experience should be of similar grade and the gross
annual pay should be similar) with out charging any
additional Recruitment Service Fee, in the unfortunate
event of recruited professional terminating the
employment agreement before
