5. Problem Statement

Recruitments Personal (Employers) needs a way to
share, to find and to let know the Colleges the real
abilities, knowledge of postulant Because they
spend time looking for good postulants (but there
are many young people), even if the have high
quality education, they don’t really prepare for
working life, all they have from colleges is more
conceptual not practical as they need.
