PARTICIPATING INSTITUTIONS1 Deans participate in National Meetings, at the beginning to help scope the project at the national and institutional levels, at the end to share institutional plans and shape future work of ACDE in this area.2 Undertake Institutional Audit (as per negotiated guidelines) in consultation with various institutional stakeholders.3 Engage with appropriate within-institution stakeholders around retention and success of existing students. What now• Two more meetings – possibly July and November TBA• July meeting to include Director of your institution’s Indigenous higher education unit – this meeting will focus on presentation of analysis of audits, planning for qualitative study (tentatively planned for July-August) and pre- planning discussion on institutional plan R a university for the real world CRICOS No. 00213J
