11. Zagorje soup
Ingredients
-70 grams of potatoes (white)
-5 g of smoked bacon or neck
-5 g of red onion
-2 cloves garlic
-2 dl sour cream
-5 g of carrots
-Sweet red pepper, salt, pepper, bay
leaf,
-seasoning, black pepper, smooth
flour, parsley leaf,
-lard (2 tablespoons) or oil

13. Tomato salad
Tomatoes cut into slices and season
with salt.
Add onion cut into slices.
Pour oil and vinegar.
