                                      After logging in Moodle, click on a course. In this case, we click on Demo Course.

                                 If you want to add students to your course, click the Edit icon beside All participants.

                                 Or on the course page, click on Assign roles in the Administration block on the left.

                                               Then click the Student button.

                           Input the student’s information in the search field, e.g., name, HKIEd email username or address, etc.

                                               Then click the Search button.

                                               The search results will be shown in the box on the right.

           Select the student by clicking on it.You can select multiple students by pressing the Ctrl key while clicking on the students.

                                               Then click the Add button.

                                                   The selected student will then be added to the box on the left.
                                               It means that the student has been added to the course in student role.

                            On the other hand, if you want to remove a student from your course, select the targeted student.

                                               Then click the Remove button.

             The student removed form the course. Note that you can only remove students who are manually added to the course.
