  2. 2. Centre for Learning, Teaching and Technology Moodle Series: Creating a Journal Assignment in a Moodle Course After logging in to Moodle, click on the course in which you want to create a Journal assignment in. In this case, click on Demo Course.

In this case, we choose Topic 2.

Centre for Learning, Teaching and Technology Moodle Series: Creating a Journal Assignment in a Moodle Course For example, you could write something about the assignment, such as instructions or criteria, etc. In this case, we type in “Write a brief journal entry that reflects on your lesson plan.”

  12. 12. Centre for Learning, Teaching and Technology Moodle Series: Creating a Journal Assignment in a Moodle Course By default, Always open is set, allowing students to write and submit their journals at any time without a due date. Here in this case, we choose Always open.
