  1. Do you know all of your suppliers? Are line managers going around the process? You may know what you are being charged but do you know what the agency is paying the contractor? Have they agreed to fix margins? You could make significant savings! Are their contracts compliant with employment law, tax? Reducing or removing calls can save time and money
