Description

Our client Philipe wants us to design an iPad magazine that embodies the idea of class and elegant living.
The issue designed is for a winter edition and highlights an article on nine elegant winter dessert recipes.

Main Goals

Philipe Age 48 years old Hometown Paris, France Key Motivators Promote  elegance  and  class,  help  people  transform  their  lives Background Philipe  is  a  well  known  celebrity.  He  has  worked  hard  to  create  a  brand  around  his  name.  His   brand  promotes  a  lifestyle  centered  around  style  and  class.  Philipe  does  not  believe  that  this  is   an  exclusive  lifestyle,  but  instead  believes  that  it’s  a  lifestyle  that  anyone  can  obtain  with  hard   work  and  discipline.  Philipe  is  mo+vated  by  the  idea  that  people  have  the  poten+al  for   transforma+on.  He  wants  people  to  see  what  it  means  to  live  with  style  and  elegance  and  to  be   mo+vated  to  pursue  it  for  themselves.

Jenny Age 25 years old Hometown Birmingham, Alabama Key Motivators Social acceptance, new environment Background Jenny  is  a  25  years  old  newlywed.  She’s  originally  from  Birmingham,  Alabama.  She  went  to  college  in   Virginia  where  she  met  her  husband.  Her  husband  is  a  31  year  old  businessman  who’s  originally  from   Boston.  Jenny  and  her  husband  have  been  married  a  month  and  are  now  seKling  down  in  Boston.  They   moved  to  Boston  because  her  husband  was  originally  from  that  area  and  wanted  to  get  into  the  family   business.  Jenny  and  Bill  live  in  a  wealthy  area  of  Boston.  She  has  a  difficult  +me  adjus+ng  her  life  to  the   more  upscale  and  wealthy  neighborhood  that  they’ve  moved  into.  It’s  extremely  different  from  her  life   in  Alabama.  She  feels  self-­‐conscious  around  her  new  friends  because  they  are  Boston  na+ves  and  come   from  a  lot  of  wealth.  However,  Jenny  really  likes  her  new  friends  and  wants  to  feel  accepted  into  the   group.
