  • 1. The most importants cities of ireland.• Dublin- Is the capital of Leinster and ireland with 1.661.185 habitants.• Founded by vikings this city as a militar base and a slaves trade post.• Now is the main city of the island ant atracks most of the turist.
  • 2. • Cork is the second most important city of Ireland and its the main city of Munster with moreless 400000 habitants.• Galway is the main city of connaught with 72000 habitants.
  • 3. Religion and culture Christanity is the predominant religion, with the roman catholic church as the largest of all.Saint Patrick is the patron saint of Ireland.In fact the Irish national day is Saint patrick day on 17 March.
  • 4. The Leprechaun A leprechaun is a type of fairy in Irish folklore, usually taking the form of an old man, clad in a red or green coat.
  • 5. Hallowen• Hallowen cames from the gaelic festival of Samhain were the Gaels thought that at this day the dead would revive.
  • 6. Music• In Ireland the traditional music has remained vibrant but there also some internationally known artist like U2
  • 7. Tipical sports• Hurling: Is an outdoor team game of Gaelic origin and prehistoric origins.Players have to hit a ball with hurley or sticks and score a goal.• Gaelic football: Is just as the normal futboll but using the hands.

  • 9. Some interestestig things to wach • Main entrance of Trinity College - Dublin - Ireland - Eire: Trinity  College is famed for its  great treasures: the book  of Kells, a 9th century  illuminated manuscript,  the Books of Durrow and  Armagh and an early Irish  harp. 
  • 10. • Custom Building - Dublin - Ireland: The  Custom House was  designed in neo-classic  style by the renowned  James Gandon and it  was completed in 1791. It  has played a important  role in Dublins social,  economic and political  history over the last 200  years.
  • 11. • Temple Bar - Dublin - Ireland: Temple Bar  is one of the citys  oldest areas; the once  rundown buildings in  this maze of streets  are today the night  entertainment and  eating hotspot of  Dublin.
