2. Adolf Hitler (Ruler of Hell) As awful as genocide is, Hitler’splan worked for a long time. He was a forceful leader and that is what Hell needs, someone who is forceful and can give orders.
3. Draco (Mino) I believe that that the early Greek ruler, Draco, is fit to give the punishments to the perpetrators in Hell, as his draconian punishments are known to be so severe to the point where they seem excessive. He seems like he would carry out and enforce the most cruel, deserving punishments.
4. President’s Hell Level 1: Waste and Inadequacy- Jimmy Carter Level 2: Inexperience- John F. Kennedy Level 3: Political Parties and Factions- Thomas Jefferson Level 4: Abuse of Power- Andrew Johnson Level 5: False Hope- Franklin D. Roosevelt Level 6: Homosexuality- James Buchanan Level 7: Lying and Stealing- Richard Nixon Level 8: War and Terrorism- George W. Bush Level 9: Adultery- Bill Clinton
5. Level 1: Waste and Inadequacy -Jimmy Carter would be the President that resides in the hell full of waste and inadequacy. As a president, he paid too much attention to frivolous detail, he didn’t clearly define his priorities, and most importantly, he was very indecisive, therefore inactive. This was hislargest weakness because it doesn’t work for a president to be indecisive. Because of this, he didn’t really make good or bad decisions. -An appropriate punishment would for him to be fed nothing but peanuts for his whole existence in hell. They don’t taste bad, but to eat nothing but -Another person who would reside in this level would be James Taggert from Atlas Shrugged, along with the leaches in society.
6. Level 2: Inexperience - John F. Kennedy belongs in the inexperienced circle of Hell. He was the second youngest president to be inaugurated into office at age 43. His presidency was one of landmark problems, such as the Bay of Pigs, the Cuban Missile crisis. Just before he was assassinated, he was on his way to go and attempt to smooth the factions between political parties. This agreement will never happen and goes to show his inexperience as a president. -The punishment would be for those who act upon their inexperience. They will constantly age and be in pain, but gain no wisdom with their age. -An example of people who belong in this level are the freshmen that come into high school, thinking that they know everything, but really know nothing about high school and are inexperienced.A fictional character that would reside here would be Holden Caulfield from The Catcher in the Rye.
7. Level 3: Political Parties and Factions -Thomas Jefferson belongs in level three hell for founding political parties and factions. Campaign managers and people whom separate themselves into separate cliques. Many of these people think they are better than others, and have a sense of arrogance and carelessness towards others. -People in this level will argue will be put with people from different factions and parties than themselves. They will constantly and violently argue with each other, but will not ever be able to reach a consensus. They will become wretched, irritable, and miserable. -In general, celebrities can be placed in this level and teenagers that purposely separate themselves into cliques without regards to those people around them.
8. Level 4: Abuse of Power -Andrew Johnson would fit into this circle of Hell because he was impeached from his presidency for violating the Tenure of Office Act, which denied the President of the United States the power to remove anyone from office who had been appointed by the past Presidents with the confirmation of the United States Senate, unless the Senate also approved the removal. Andrew Johnson ignored this act, which shows that he felt he was higher than the law, and abused his power as President. -Since the people placed in this circle enjoy their power to the point of abuse, they will have to willfully and dutifully follow the instruction of children. -Many bosses fall into this category. Although they are necessary, they are power hungry and stretch their power.
9. Level 5: False Hope Hope -President Franklin D. Roosevelt's New Deal programs, gave people in a down falling economy, hope with government intervention, which was essentially false hope. The creative destruction of these programs were not good for the people because production was not increased, just aimless jobs. This was bad for the people and the nation. -People in this circle would be served what look to be delectable meals, but turn out to taste like cow manure, they will never get full and will have to keep eating. -I believe that government itself fit’s into this circle. People aren’t able to solve their problems on their own, so they turn to government, and it ultimately fails them.
10. Level 6: Homosexuality -James Buchanan would be the fit president for this circle because he is alleged to be a homosexual. I believe that according to God homosexuality is defined in the bible as a sin which is why it is in one of the lower levels of Hell. -As a punishment for their sin, they would never be allowed to look at someone of the same sex. -Another person who would fit in this circle is comedian and talk-show host, Ellen DeGeneres.
11. Level 7: Lying and Stealing -Richard Nixon is the president that falls into this circle of Hell. After the Watergate Scandal, Nixon couldn’t be trusted. Often, as in Nixon’s case, lying and stealing go hand in hand. -An appropriate punishment for those who lie and steal would be so they only hear the lies of others and when they go totouch something, they won’t be able to. Whatever they go to touch will turn to dust. -Included in this level would be the robbers and kidnappers from the Home Alone movies
12. Little White Lies -A sub-level of level 7is White Lies. Also known as lies that just roll off the tongue and have no intention to harm or cause malice, but are still considered to be a lie. -Their punishment would be for them to have their tongues ripped out so they will never be able to speak. -People who repetitively white lie would be placed in this circle.
13. Muddled Borrowers -This is a subdivision of circle 7. It is for the people who constantly borrow things and never return them. They are irresponsible. It is considered both lying and stealing because when you borrow something, it is done with the intent to return it. By breaking this implication, you break trust, and are essentially stealing from the person. -Their punishment would be that they are constantly given new things but don’t ever get their possessions returned. - A common person to find in this level are friends who take clothing and CD’s and never return them.

They would continue being shot at throughout their existence in Hell. -Terrorists such as Saddam Hussein and Osama Bin Ladin would also be a good fit for this circle.
15. Level 9: Adultry -This is the worst level of Hell that brings about both physical and emotional pain. Bill Clinton is the best fit, out of all the Presidents for this circle because his affair was the most publicized out of the presidents. -The punishment for people placed in this circle would be castrations of the sexual organs . These would be performed every morning, because as nightfall happens, the organs grows back. They have to physically feel the pain that their sin has caused, along with anticipating the mental anguish that comes with the castration. -Hank Rearden and DagnyTaggert from Atlas Shrugged belong in this circle along with Kwame Kilpatrick, as well as many other politicians also belong here.
16. Flattery and Flirting -A sub level of level 9 is flattery and flirting. If someone is married, it is still considered adultery, justnot to the degree that sleeping with someone carries. -People who provoke and engage in these actions to someone who is in a relationship with a deviant intention will be punished. -Punishment for flattery and flirting would be thathave to look into a red light until their eyes burn so they can no longer see and lust. They will loose all sense of confidence and self-worth and will be suicidal, but will be unable to kill themselves and relieve themselves from pain.
