In this first scene of the music video it shows us a long shot of a street. 
As we can tell the street is rather run down by the busy packed in 
space witch tells us that its not a wealthy. This means the video is 
setting the scene and the vibe to we can anticipate that the rest of the 
music video will be about poverty and situations that happen with poor 
societies.
Image 2 
This scene is showing us the teenager hiding from a parent. 
The close up shot of the teenager and the medium shot of the 
parent. This indicates that the teenager is hiding from the 
parent or is in trouble. This emphasis this by the dark 
background and the bured out back of the parent. This could 
represent that what ever the teenager is doing is doing 
something bad and he isn't thinking straight.

In this scene the teenager is holding on his bag very tightly. This 
illustrates to the viewer that he has something to hide and there is 
something important in the bag. It also tells us from the last scene 
that its important and imperative he must keep it hidden even 
from his parents. Its a low angle shot witch adds to the 
expectation of being hidden and secretive.

This is showing the teenager with the bag again and keeping 
it close but he is more free now because he doesn't have to 
hide the secrecy of what's in the bag. The teenager being out 
and on a skate board simbolises he is free and can do what 
he wants. Also as he has his friend there he feels more 
computable.
Image 5 
This scene shows the teenager smoking. This symbolizing 
stress relief and showing he is uprising. Also to represent it’s 
illegal and he is being secretive. It shows this by the type of 
camera shot. It’s a close up angle therefore symbolizing 
secrecy. Also as his shirt is bright that also reflects his age as 
a young child to the viewer. Adding to the secrecy the viewer 
can really tell its to be secret.
Analysis 
 This music video is produced like a mini movie. The look that they 
have gone for is very cinematic. The video shows disjuncture by 
using the sound track but not relating the lyrics of the song with the 
visuals. 
 As the vidio is basically a story. This means that it links it to 
Carlson's theory of the televised bard. 
 See which of Michael Shore’s theories you can identify in the video. 
 As you can see that Andrew Goodwin's theory is also in here. This 
is because through out the video you can see that the feelings of the 
character are amplified by using camera angles, shots and over all 
color of the video.. 
 Overall the video has a sense of irony. This is created at the end by 
on the last scenes it shows all the family around a table speaking 
about graze and giving thanks (giving the impression of a happy 
family) and then you get up close shots of their faces and gives the 
viewr a sence that they all have dark secrets.
