Todo desafio de design vem acompanhado de restrições. Temos que achar o denominador comum entre os usuários, prazos são apertados, as tecnologias disponíveis nem sempre são as que precisamos, os recursos físicos e políticos são escassos. Estes são apenas alguns exemplos de variáveis que podem influenciar um projeto.
E se todas as variáveis forem pouco favoráveis? Você não tem informações sobre os usuários, há pouca verba, e você deve fazer a entrega já. O que você faria?
