 Had a long experience of dealing with personnel management of
over 700 men including imparting on job training of men and
making their career progression in respective fields.
 Primary focus was to integrate the men into a team, producing a
superior workforce so that the unit organization can accomplish its
goals/tasks and objectives effectively.

of the unit (over 700 men) in running daily routine,
Human Resource Development, maintaining discipline,
training of the unit and dealing with legal matters

security and Coordination duties at the level of Chairman Joint

segments of Law Enforcement Agencies and other government

mud tracks, Roads, water Supply Scheme, Pavements of
streets, Solar energy at village levels etc.
 Remained associated practically with the Monitoring the projects

2001 - September 2003, August 2006 – August 2008,
 While serving in a Unit (Army Establishment), efficiently managed
the training aspect of the unit dealing with a manpower of over
700 men and as Commanding Officer making and
implementing the new syllabi of training of the soldiers .
 Had the opportunity for programming, implementing and running
the new Platoon Training Concept in rugged mountainous Terrain
of Kashmir (Neelum Valley).

 Attended Junior Officer Leadership Course related to Human Resource
Development at a Platoon level (40 men) from (Pak Army) School of
Infantry and Tactics Quetta, 1991.

and Mechanized Warfare, 1992 Nowshera
 Attended Driving and Maint Course from (Pak Army) School of Armour
and Mechanized Warfare, 1992 Nowshera

2001.
