 Accomplished responsibility for managing uniformed and civilian manpower
strength, security personnel, transports, and infrastructure of all the Ships,
Submarines, Aircraft squadrons, and establishments including Command
Headquarters and Naval Headquarters.
 Identified fast track Officers/Jawans and implemented innovative schemes to
recognize and nurture them.
 Drew detailed career management plans, to open up maximum opportunities for
pay and promotions of all troops under command.
 Devised effective strategies & implemented logistics plan for the support of naval
assets and transportation of essential stores by rail/road/sea at forward operating
bases.
 Group leader for reviewing and inspecting units of the Navy for manpower audit
requirements and recommended augmentation/pruning down of personnel.
 Revamped the security organization at Bhushan Steel by detailed analysis/
assessment of requirement of manpower and infrastructure for 2000 acre Plant
with production of 3.1 Million Tons Steel.
 Recruited fresh manpower comprising Guards, Gunman, Supervisors, Clerks &
ASOs and created a new setup with a mix of Ex-servicemen and Civilians.
Presently in command of over 600 Security personnel
 Planned and procured plethora of security equipment, Vehicles, new uniforms for
Guards, special uniform for Gunman, HHMDs, cameras, helmets, shields, batons,
Dragon search lights.
 Planned, designed and manufactured large no. of Watch Posts, Watch Towers,
Check Gates and Barricades with multi lingual road safety slogans.
 Planned and procured Mobile Sets, Walkie-Talkies for security communications.
 Introduced Dog Squad to augment & strengthen the security setup.
 Set up new barracks and Mess facilities for security personnel with new
infrastructure & amenities
 Writing of SOPs for the Security Dept.
 Created Lane System for pedestrians, two-wheelers and cyclists.
 Created separate corridor for LMVs and HMVs
 Planned & executed tactful deployment of Guards and apprehended no. of gangs
involved in theft of pig irons, cupper cables, aluminum etc.
 Mobile Traffic Teams & static traffic teams instituted for the first time in the Plant.
 Huge Road safety signboards manufactured and placed at vantage junctions to
alert and warn the commuters
 Procured Control Room Display Boards & Notice Boards for effective
