The Center for Student Opportunity launched the I'm First project in September 2012 to provide resources and support for aspiring first-generation college students. The website allows visitors to watch videos, take a pledge, and share their stories. The initial app is being developed through January 2013 and will feature tools for students and supporters to sign up, search for colleges and programs, and participate in forums and blogs. A demo of the current student view is available online.
