Showing fluent, controlled movements Controlled, fluent movement does not just involve playing the shot; players show good technique but also good court movement skills. They can change speed and cover space on the court. They move in dynamic balance showing good posture and joint alignment. Performers usually select options that are successful and inventive. They will disguise shots or fake shots; serves  drop shots etc. They will work out ways of attacking their opponent from the cues they receive, eg. You may choose to play to opponents good side then attack on their weak side. They will consistently select the most likely successful option, eg. Deciding when is the right time to attack. Use skills which reflect experience and ability Performers play to their known strengths. They may keep an opponent at the back of the court forcing them to play clears until they make a mistake and allow a smash attack.
