Goals, objectives, annual benchmarks, and an implementation plan Goal: All instructors receive appropriate training to effectively and efficiently utilize the technologies offered in the school. Objective: By October 2013, 100% of teachers use Smart Notebook , SharePoint, and Blackboard to create most of their lessons, and use technology to give timely feedback to students. Year 1 Activities and Benchmarks: 100 % of instructors receive training in how to use Smart board, SharePoint, and Blackboard. Year 2 Activities and Benchmarks: 100% of instructors utilize Smart Notebook, SharePoint, and blackboard in their teaching. Evaluation Instrument(s) and Data to be Collected: training evaluation, Faculty Development assessment via classroom observations. Schedule for Evaluation: twice, one after the completion of trainings and second on June 2013
