5. Objective Activity Resources Evaluation The entire staff will understand the current levels for the school at the beginning of the year from the STaR Chart, goals from the CIP, the current levels of the staff from the survey, the goals from the Long Range Plan, and the current needs of the school. The staff will have a professional development to allow all staff to know and understand the current levels of the school in the different areas. Computer Projector Internet Technologist Administrator The teacher will be given an exit ticket at the end of the professional development and they will have to be able to answer questions from the professional development. If the teachers can answer the questions, then they will understand the professional development.
6. Objective Activity Resources Evaluation Teachers will attend professional developments on different type of technology that can be used in the classroom. Professional developments on the following Technology Tools: WEB 2.0. Tools Smart Boards Eduphoria AEIS, AYP, and STaR Chart Teachers will attend professional developments on different type of technology that can be used in the classroom. The evaluation of these professional developments will be in the implementation of professional developments in the teachers’ classrooms.
7. Objective Activity Resources Evaluation At the end of each Six Weeks, the teacher will be given a survey of their new levels of knowledge and skills in technology. It will also have the effectiveness of the technology used in the survey. A survey will be given to each teacher at the end of each six weeks to elaborate on their current levels of knowledge and skills in technology. They will also have the opportunity to elaborate on current struggles and successes of the integration of new technology and strategies in the classroom. Computer Email The evaluation will be based on the growth of each teacher. If the teacher is learning and using new technology in the classroom, then the teacher is being successful.
8. Objective Activity Resources Evaluation End of year professional development is to review the first professional development to compare the beginning of the year levels of the school to the levels at the end of school. End of the year professional development to compare data from the beginning of the year to the end. Computer Projector Internet Technologist Administrator The evaluation will be based on the improvement of the entire staff of the school and the improvement of all levels. If all areas improve then the school was successful.
