One of the worst things about
summer. Leaving one grade
and entering another. Friends
move all over the world,
change surrounds you. You
wonder what your ‘first
impression’ is going to be. Yet,
there is plenty of excitement
on who your teacher is going
to be, what new friends you’ll
make. Everything. This is a
very vital stage.

3. Making New Friends
The toughest part in life.
Making new friends. It is quite
simple actually. Just be yourself.
If you pretend to be someone
your not, you’ll have to pretend
to be that person forever. Stuck
in a fake body. To find a good
friend you need to make sure
they like you for who you are,
not what you look like or how
popular you are. Think the same
about others!

4. How I Think Of Grade 6
Grade 6 is a roller coaster. It’s fun, and exciting, it’s a
thrill ride. Scary isn’t the way to put it. It’s an
amazing journey through time. The year that prepares
you for Upper School. There will be a lot of
homework. Be sure to get a fantastic teacher, because
it really matters. I already got the ultimate teacher,
though last year I still did have a pretty great one.
Grade 6 is a ‘magical’ adventure that you never want
to leave. I’m already picturing my tears on the last
day of school... After all, always think ahead!

5. Goals
Goals. At the beginning of the
year, you have to set a few
goals. What you want to
achieve. My goals for grade
six are: making some new
friends, keeping up with the
world (reading the news), and
learning different types of
writing styles. To make a goal
a goal, you have to make it
simple, but challenging. One
could be: take a jog every day.
