3. You have been here for a decade and a half. You woke up
early like any other student in high school. First thing
you do is look at the time on your phone. Instead of
getting up from your bed you lay there, still looking at
your phone, either playing games or surfing the internet.
Of course. You are a millennial after all.
4. When you
look into your
reflection, you
see every flaw
you have.
I am really ugly.
5. I know you’re confused.
You just started a new beginning
6. You wrote in these pages of this
notebook…
…your emotions, your memories, all
documented in these papers of mine…

Getting ready for the first day was stressful. Not to mention, my
nervousness as I got to school. I saw familiar faces, new faces, too.
Seeing my old friends again personally really made my day more
comfortable.

The stressful week had just started. Cramming and rushing requirements in the
limited time we were given. Stress overflowing every part of the brain. It might
not be like studying in college but still, we feel the burden of a student.
At the end though, it all paid off. With us winning awards and such in class. It
might not be that big of a deal to others but a certificate is enough to feel like we
achieved something.

“Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way. Oh what fun it is to ride in a one
horse open sleigh.”
The coldness of the breeze was felt in the early morning we celebrated our
Christmas. A feeling of regret and touch of fun as the year is ending, closer to
another year of new beginnings and new experiences.
It was tiring to do all the preparations for the year end party but all those
hardworks are worth it. It was fun, full of happiness and full love.
We look forward to a more challenging 2019 ahead. We feel more motivated and
ready to gird our loins for what next year has in store for us. The greatest
lesson for 2018 is to be unwavering with our plans, remain flexible with our
means, and listen to the people who want the best for us.

List of things That
I’ll do This 2019
Treasure every minute, second of my life
Just be a free-spirit
Make new friends
Be grateful to all the things I have
Read at least a book this summer.
Travel to places that I’ve never been before
Treasure every minute of my existence.
Love all of my imperfections
Continue soaring high
Pray before sleeping
Let GOD be the center of my life
Always make my mama and papa proud
Whatever happens, keep going
Be humble always.

“We started a simple Hello
but ended with a complicated Goodbye.”
At first we were very close it seems like we are the only people on this world. We
share our happiness together, sorrows and even our secrets.
We experienced a different kind of love.
A love in which we shared it mutually. A relationship grew as time passed by.
This love is different from a love of a couple. Our tears, our laughs, memories
cherished together. We fought about simple things, from food to simple
misunderstandings.
A love of a friend is all you need and not from someone you know barely.

Finally, another school year is seemingly coming to an end. Goodbyes, aren’t
appropriate for this situation.
Rather than say goodbye, why not say see you again.
It’s not the end after all.
