4. Here, students discuss the RA's mission, encourage student involvement and brainstorm which local businesses to target for carrying RAC products.
5. Volunteers that are part of the FB page/ Twitter account can then approach these prospective clients and entice them to carry RAC products by offering them a free advertising opportunity.
6.
7. The participating local businesses could also have the option of using the winning designs for promotional materials (posters, flyers) to be posted in their store fronts and or handed out to customers to create additional awareness.
8.
9. When the designs are completed a photo of them will be posted on Facebook to be reviewed by RA volunteers and students.
10. The design inspiration video links will also be posted to facebook and considered to determine a winner.
11.
12. The winning design is then determined and printed on Eco-friendly, disposable coffee cups that will be used by all local participating businesses.
13. The creative designs will entice consumers and the printed statistics will educate them. When people are educated they're more likely to care. They'll seek out businesses that carry the RAC products which is also provided on the cup via the business logo. When local businesses enjoy greater profits as a result, other businesses will take notice and follow suit!
