2. ANIMOTO This tutorial will explain how to make a 30 second clip using Animoto. It is free, fun, fast, and easy. I hope you enjoy!
3. ANIMOTO When you load Animoto, this will be the first screen that you see. You can watch the 60 second video and then click on the sign up Button.
4. ANIMOTO There are three versions to choose from. I highly recommend starting with the Basic ie. FREE version first. The paid versions do allow you to create longer videos.
6. ANIMOTO As soon as you create an account, sign in and let’s get started! Click on create Video Then you will be asked to choose your video style.
7. ANIMOTO There are many FREE styles to choose from. For this demo I chose Earth.
8. ANIMOTO You are now ready to start uploading photos. You can upload stills or videos. Your own, theirs or another site.
9. ANIMOTO I used my own pictures. They download very quickly and are displayed on your work screen.
10. ANIMOTO Use the buttons on the bottom of your work screen to add text, rotate or spotlight your photos When you click on these buttons They will insert into your work Space. You can always change Things if you don’t like them so don’t feel that you are locked into Any of your creations.
11. ANIMOTO When you click on T or the text box a dialog box opens on the side. You can type in your text here. You have 52 characters. When you are done click done. To rearrange the order of your Slides just click, drag and drop In the order you want. It’s that Simple.
12. ANIMOTO The next step is music. You can either use your own or select from a genre that animoto supplies.
13. ANIMOTO I chose to select from their music. These are just a few examples from which to choose.
14. ANIMOTO When you choose an artist you can get info, play the song and then if it is the one you want to use click select.
15. ANIMOTO The next step is to add your name, title, and a short description. If you want to make changes click the audio or image tab. Otherwise click create video.
16. ANIMOTO It will take a few minutes for your video to be created. You can either hang out or they will email you when it’s done.
