Annotation. This article introduces the main principles of the Blockchain focusing on its potential for the e-learning. It
explains how this technology may both disrupt institutional norms and empower learners. It proposes one of scenarios for the
application of the Blockchain in an education context, based on the current state of technology development and deployment.
Blockchain is a modern information technology, providing creation of growing lists of data sequences. A separate
parts of the chain are called «blocks, which are linked using cryptography. Each component of the system remembers the
previous one, unauthorized changes are immediately blocked. The blockchain works as a decentralized register that stores data
on the Internet with an open access to the public.
Blockchain can be implemented within the automated management systems of individual higher education institutions
or groups of educational institutions. Each user who wants to store his personal and financial data as safe as possible, and to
provide a reliable information on his qualifications, can use blockchain technologies

Abstract.
Blockchain is changing the ideas and patterns of global finance, business and public management. In the field of education and teaching, bock chain also shows good application prospects. In order to study the path and method of the application of block chain technology in education reform, this paper analyzes the core technology of the block chain and its advantage in education and teaching, combining with teaching practice, this paper explains the application of block chain in educational innovation in many ways such as block chain transcript, learning certification, individualized learning, learning ledger, teaching resource management, monitoring and evaluation of teaching quality, etc. The article also gives the framework of the block chain teaching platform and puts forward some problems and thoughts of the block chain application used in education and teaching.

Abstract
The proposed paper presents a literature review regarding the status of integrating the dynamic blockchain technology in the educational field. Blockchain is a relatively new technology and the same is its implementation in education. The emerging need in this area of research, which still is in its infancy, is justified by the possible use cases; some of these cases are in piloting phase, while others have already been adopted by educational institutions. This paper focuses on extending knowledge about blockchain and on identifying the benefits, risks and the associated challenges regarding the successful implementation of blockchain-based solutions in the field of education, fully in line with standards and guidelines for quality assurance.

Abstract— This article describes a method of organizing the
communication protocol, which allows agents of the multiagent system (MAS) to make decisions about their actions.
Plan activities and interact with each other to perform tasks
of modern industrial and business processes based on cyberphysical systems. The main attention is paid to those multiagent systems, where autonomous agents — robots or smart
things — participate in business processes among people, and
their activities are organized in an unreliable and unknown
environment. The article shows, how to organize a communication system between agents in a peer-to-peer network using
the decentralized Ethereum Blochchain technology and smart
contracts. The architecture of protocol of autonomous business
activity, based on this communication method is given. As a result, the experience of implementation an autonomous economic
system with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) is described.

Abstract. Blockchain technology enables the formation of a distributed record of a digital event in decentralized manner where data and related transactions are not under the control of any third party. This technology was early used for value transfer but now it has vast range of applications in different fields such as healthcare, banking, internet of things and many others. In the field of education, it also provides numerous opportunities for decentralized management of records in educational institutions in an interoperability manner. The main objective of this research is to highlight the existing issues related to the educational institutes and to find suitable blockchain features that could resolve them. We have adopted a systematic literature review approach for the identification and the extraction of relevant information from the shortlisted studies. This study describes existing issues in three aspects physical, digital and financial. The results of the analysis shows that the manipulation risk, difficulty in verification and exchanging record between institutions are the major issues faced by the educational institutions. This study, then explores blockchain features including decentralization, traceability and consensus mechanism that can be used to address the issues related to the educational institution. Finally, due to unique and underlying technology, it has still some technical challenges and boundaries along with immutability feature, disclosure of personal privacy and scalability issue also discussed in this study.

Abstract
Blockchain educational technology has created assessment and management tools for
learner credentials that are permanent, transparent and sustainable while giving users
direct access. Personal encrypted credentials enable users to shape lifelong learning pathways
and personalizes education according to individual values and needs. They allow
for the permanent documentation of both formal and informal learning based on transversal
competencies, adjustable across the economic sector and responsive to situational
needs. Badging was the initial response to online credentialing. Mozillaís open digital
badges have become the unofficial global standard and the specifications remain free.
They may be viewed in e-portfolios and social networks. Yet, if issuers cease hosting
badges, they become invalid even when authentic. Some experiments with blockchain
technology remedy this situation by creating a permanent, secure and sustainable infrastructure
for learning records. The MIT Media Lab has produced the bitcoin based Blockcerts;
whereas the Knowledge Institute, Open University, UK has developed Ethereumís Smart
Contracts to document Microcredentials (Badges). Both are Open Source products. Most
EU nations are experimenting with educational blockchain. The technology creates an
infrastructure to document, store and manage credentials and provides learners with a
sustainable record of achievements they can control. It also benefits universities by
reducing administrative costs and bureaucracy.
EUNICERT: ETHEREUM BASED DIGITAL CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION SYSTEMIJNSA Journal
The fake certificate is a special global problem in today's digital age. Thousands of universities and educational institutions around the world do not exist but can release hundreds of millions of fake degrees. Verifying the integrity of qualifications is a real challenge for today's employers. Applying the anti-data
modifying properties of blockchain technology, this study proposes a solution issuing and verifying digital certificates called EUniCert to solve this problem. By changing the design and integrating new consensus algorithm used in Ethereum platform into the Unicoin network that was used to verify and store the information related to the issued digital certificate, the EUniCert improves the latency to validate transactions as well as the number of verified blocks in the blockchain network compared to the previous solution that we have proposed. We implement a simple blockchain system to illustrate the management operation of the digital certificates on the ethereum platform. Besides, we conduct a simulation to evaluate the performance of our proposal compared with the previous system. The result is that the average latency decreases by 3.27 times as well as the number of verified blocks increases by 11% compared with the previous system.

This paper describes the Collective Experience Engine (CEE), a system for indexing Experiential-
Knowledge about Web knowledge-sources (websites), and performing relative-experience calculations
between participants of the CEE. The CEE provides an in-browser interface to query the collective
experience of others participating in the CEE. This interface accepts a list of URLs, to which the CEE adds
additional information based on the Queryee's previously indexed Experiential-Knowledge. The core of the
CEE is its Experiential-Context Conversation (ECConversation) functionality, whereby an collection of a
person’s Web Experiential-Knowledge can be utilized to allow a real-world conversation-like exchange of
information to take place, including adjusting information-flow based on the Queryee's experiential
background and knowledge, and providing additional experientially-related knowledge integrated into the
answer from multiple selected 'experience donors'. A relative-experience calculation ensures that
information is retrieved only from relative-experts, to ensure sufficient additional information exists, but
that such information isn't too advanced for the Queryee to process. This paper gives an overview of the
CEE, and the underlying algorithms and data structures, and describes a system architecture and
implementation details.

Abstract -
The issue of default payments from borrowers of the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) is worrisome. Many borrowers fail to pay their loans and claims that the PTPTN has poor management and filing system. This study proposed a prototype for managing study loan repayment utilizing blockchain and smart contracts. Borrowers have full access toward their accounts and ledgers while corporation filing and management system get automatically up-to-date with the assistance of smart contracts.

Also, the students who registered can through complain, evaluate & suggest in any subject. Finally, the head of the department can receive a KPIs reports to follow-up his department. Therefore, a need for a
system that could detect student’s problems and provide them with suitable feedback is raised. The aim of this paper is to implement a system which facilitates and assists academic advisors in their efforts to providing quality, accurate and consistent advising services to their students; also, to explore the design and implementation of a computerized tool to facilitate this process. This paper discussed the required methodologies used in the development of the Academic Advising System, it has been shown that Academic Advising is a Process more than a Final Product or system, a technical vision for Academic Advising System has been provided. The e-Academic Advising web-based developed and implemented by "Ruby on Rails" as a Web framework which runs via the
Ruby programming language and "PostgreSQL" as a Database Engine.

ABSTRACT:
The blockchain is an emerging technology that serves as an immutable ledger, which allows transactions to take place in a decentralized manner. It has become a publicly available infrastructure for building decentralized applications and achieving interoperability. Blockchain-based applications ensure transparency and trust between all parties involved in the interaction. The blockchain also makes blockchain technology-based services interest to the education sector. Nowadays, educational organizations focus on online education and propose to create a system based on educational smart contracts in a public ledger. This public ledger will be shared between major offline educational institutes around the world. From a software architecture perspective, blockchain enables new forms of distributed software architectures across a large network of untrusted participants. The objective of this article is to apply blockchain technology in learning solutions and to propose a blockchain architecture to e-Learning solutions in Higher Education Systems. The proposed architecture exploits the benefits of the blockchain and offering security, anonymity, longevity, integrity, transparency, immutability and global ecosystem simplification, in order to create a globally trusted higher education credit system.

This paper describes the Collective Experience Engine (CEE), a system for indexing Experiential-
Knowledge about Web knowledge-sources (websites), and performing relative-experience calculations
between participants of the CEE. The CEE provides an in-browser interface to query the collective
experience of others participating in the CEE. This interface accepts a list of URLs, to which the CEE adds
additional information based on the Queryee's previously indexed Experiential-Knowledge. The core of the
CEE is its Experiential-Context Conversation (ECConversation) functionality, whereby an collection of a
person’s Web Experiential-Knowledge can be utilized to allow a real-world conversation-like exchange of
information to take place, including adjusting information-flow based on the Queryee's experiential
background and knowledge, and providing additional experientially-related knowledge integrated into the
answer from multiple selected 'experience donors'. A relative-experience calculation ensures that
information is retrieved only from relative-experts, to ensure sufficient additional information exists, but
that such information isn't too advanced for the Queryee to process. This paper gives an overview of the
CEE, and the underlying algorithms and data structures, and describes a system architecture and
implementation details.

Abstract -
The issue of default payments from borrowers of the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) is worrisome. Many borrowers fail to pay their loans and claims that the PTPTN has poor management and filing system. This study proposed a prototype for managing study loan repayment utilizing blockchain and smart contracts. Borrowers have full access toward their accounts and ledgers while corporation filing and management system get automatically up-to-date with the assistance of smart contracts.

Student advising is an important and time-consuming effort in academic life. Academic advising has been implemented in order to fill the gap between student and the academic routine, by moving advising, complaining, evaluating, suggesting system from the traditional ways to an automated way. The researcher surveyed the existing literature; as utilized that many institutions have implemented computerized solutions in order to enhance their overall advising experience. In this paper the researcher innovates an automated mechanism for
academic advising in the university system. The paper presents an overview of the development and implementation of a new model of e-Academic Advising System as a web-based application. The proposed model attempts to develop a model that the staff and advisor can access to follow-up the student complaints and suggestions. Also, the students who registered can through complain, evaluate & suggest in any subject. Finally, the head of the department can receive a KPIs reports to follow-up his department. Therefore, a need for a
system that could detect student’s problems and provide them with suitable feedback is raised. The aim of this paper is to implement a system which facilitates and assists academic advisors in their efforts to providing quality, accurate and consistent advising services to their students; also, to explore the design and implementation of a computerized tool to facilitate this process. This paper discussed the required methodologies used in the development of the Academic Advising System, it has been shown that Academic Advising is a Process more than a Final Product or system, a technical vision for Academic Advising System has been provided. The e-Academic Advising web-based developed and implemented by "Ruby on Rails" as a Web framework which runs via the
Ruby programming language and "PostgreSQL" as a Database Engine.

ABSTRACT:
The blockchain is an emerging technology that serves as an immutable ledger, which allows transactions to take place in a decentralized manner. It has become a publicly available infrastructure for building decentralized applications and achieving interoperability. Blockchain-based applications ensure transparency and trust between all parties involved in the interaction. The blockchain also makes blockchain technology-based services interest to the education sector. Nowadays, educational organizations focus on online education and propose to create a system based on educational smart contracts in a public ledger. This public ledger will be shared between major offline educational institutes around the world. From a software architecture perspective, blockchain enables new forms of distributed software architectures across a large network of untrusted participants. The objective of this article is to apply blockchain technology in learning solutions and to propose a blockchain architecture to e-Learning solutions in Higher Education Systems. The proposed architecture exploits the benefits of the blockchain and offering security, anonymity, longevity, integrity, transparency, immutability and global ecosystem simplification, in order to create a globally trusted higher education credit system.

EUNICERT: ETHEREUM BASED DIGITAL CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION SYSTEMIJNSA Journal
The fake certificate is a special global problem in today's digital age. Thousands of universities and educational institutions around the world do not exist but can release hundreds of millions of fake degrees. Verifying the integrity of qualifications is a real challenge for today's employers. Applying the anti-data modifying properties of blockchain technology, this study proposes a solution issuing and verifying digital certificates called EUniCert to solve this problem. By changing the design and integrating new consensus algorithm used in Ethereum platform into the Unicoin network that was used to verify and store the information related to the issued digital certificate, the EUniCert improves the latency to validate transactions as well as the number of verified blocks in the blockchain network compared to the previous solution that we have proposed. We implement a simple blockchain system to illustrate the management operation of the digital certificates on the ethereum platform. Besides, we conduct a simulation to evaluate the performance of our proposal compared with the previous system. The result is that the average latency decreases by 3.27 times as well as the number of verified blocks increases by 11% compared with the previous system.
The presentation gives a general introduction to blockchain technology, examines currently deployed uses in education, considers future scenarios for development, as well as gives recommendations to European policymakers on how to support blockchain initiatives in education.

Blockchain has recently taken off as a disruptive technology, from its initial use in cryptocurrencies to wider applications in areas such as property registration and insurance due to its characteristic as a distributed ledger which can remove the need for a trusted third party to facilitate transactions. This spread of the technology to new application areas has been driven by the development of smart contracts – blockchain-based protocols which can automatically enforce a contract by executing code based on the logic expressed in the contract. One exciting area for blockchain is higher education. Students in higher education are ever more mobile, and in an ever more agile world, the friction and delays caused by multiple levels of administration in higher education can cause many anxieties and hardships for students as well as potential employers who need to examine and evaluate student credentials. Distance learning as a primary platform for higher education promises to open up higher education to a wider range of learners than ever before. Blockchain-based storage of academic credentials is being widely studied due to the advantages it can bring. As with any network-based system, blockchain comes with a number of security and privacy concerns. Blockchain needs to meet several security-related requirements to be widely accepted: decentralization; confidentiality; integrity; transparency; and immutability. Researchers have been busy devising schemes to ensure that such requirements can be met in blockchain-based systems. Several types of blockchain-specific attacks have been identified: 51% attacks; malicious contracts; spam attacks; mining pools; targeted DDoS attacks; and others. Real-world attacks on blockchain-based systems have been seen on cryptocurrency sites. In this paper, we will evaluate the specific privacy and security concerns for blockchain-based systems used for academic credentials as well as suggested solutions. We also examine the issues for academic credentials which are stored “off-chain” in such systems (as is often the case). In this case, a Distributed File System (DFS) implemented with a peer-to-peer (P2P) architecture is often the choice for the storage of the academic credentials since it matches the decentralized nature of blockchain. Blockchain then contributes much to the usefulness of such a DFS, making it in turn a good match for a P2P DFS such as IPFS.
EduCTX: A Blockchain-Based Higher Education Credit Platform

Blockchain technology enables the creation of a decentralized environment, where transactions and data are not under the control of any third party organization. Any transaction ever completed is recorded in a public ledger in a verifiable and permanent way. Based on the blockchain technology, we propose a global higher education credit platform, named EduCTX. This platform is based on the concept of the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS). It constitutes a globally trusted, decentralized higher education credit, and grading system that can offer a globally unified viewpoint for students and higher education institutions (HEIs), as well as for other potential stakeholders, such as companies, institutions, and organizations. As a proof of concept, we present a prototype implementation of the environment, based on the open-source Ark Blockchain Platform. Based on a globally distributed peer-to-peer network, EduCTX will process, manage, and control ECTX tokens, which represent credits that students gain for completed courses, such as ECTS. HEIs are the peers of the blockchain network. The platform is a first step toward a more transparent and technologically advanced form of higher education systems. The EduCTX platform represents the basis of the EduCTX initiative, which anticipates that various HEIs would join forces in order to create a globally efficient, simplified, and ubiquitous environment in order to avoid language and administrative barriers. Therefore, we invite and encourage HEIs to join the EduCTX initiative and the EduCTX blockchain network.

The private or consortium blockchain is more suitable for identity system which will be used for university. The transparency of public blockchains raises some concerns for privacy and confidentiality. The most important issue is that the volume of the data generated can be very large exceeding the practical storage capabilities of the current blockchain usages. The existing identity systems are not well fixed with the university identity management system really needs, especially they remain needing the relevant issue of effective consent revocation. The append only storage of blockchain can be a barrier for implementing the revocability of consent. Some private blockchain based system has the potential vendor lock in effects. Almost every web-based application is managed and operated through a number of websites, each of which is vulnerable to cyber-attacks that are mounted across the same networks used by the applications, with much less risk to the attacker than physical attacks. Such web-based attacks make use of a range of modern techniques-such as structured query language injection (SQLi), cross-site scripting, and data tampering-to achieve their aims. Among them, SQLi is the most popular and vulnerable attack, which can be performed in one of two ways; either by an outsider of an organization (known as the outside attacker) or by an insider with a good knowledge of the system with proper administrative rights (known as the inside attacker). An inside attacker, in contrast to an outsider, can take down the system easily and pose a significant challenge to any organization, and therefore needs to be identified in advance to mitigate the possible consequences. Blockchain-based technique is an efficient approach to detect and mitigate SQLi attacks and is widely used these days. Thus, in this study, a hybrid method is proposed that combines a SQL query matching technique (SQLMT) and a standard blockchain framework to detect SQLi attacks created by insiders. The results obtained by the proposed hybrid method through computational experiments are further validated using standard web validation tools.

Objetivos: Especificar las principales dificultades percibidas por las profesoras y los departamentos y equipos de orientación en relación con la atención a las diversidades en la actual situación de pandemia generada por el COVID-19. Exponer las prácticas educativas implementadas por dichas profesionales para disminuir las desigualdades. Visibilizar desigualdades de género que se dan en el ámbito educativo, relacionadas con la situación de pandemia entre el alumnado, el profesorado y las familias, desde una perspectiva feminista. Analizar las propuestas de cambio que proponen estas profesionales de la educación ante posibles repeticiones de situaciones de emergencia similares.
Resultados: Los docentes se han visto sobrecargados por el trabajo en confinamiento, en general el tiempo de trabajo ha tomado las casas, los espacios familiares, el tiempo libre y los fines de semana. Las profesionales entrevistadas se ven obligadas a una conexión permanente, sin limitación horaria y con horarios condicionados por las familias del alumnado. Se distinguen dos períodos bien diferenciados, en que los objetivos pasaron de ser emocionales a académicos. Como problemática general surge la falta de coordinación dentro los centros educativos.
Método: Análisis de entrevistas semiestructuradas a través de la metodología de análisis crítico de discurso.

Resumen. La educación evoluciona en la vida del estudiante
(ontogenia) y en la vida del sistema escolar (filogenia). Estas
rutas pueden consolidar la continuidad o producir un cambio en la formación del pensamiento propio como estrategia
pedagógica. La experiencia que expongo sucedió durante los
ciclos 2015-1 y 2016-1 al dictar la materia Epistemología de
la Investigación a nivel licenciatura en Estudios Sociales y Gestión Local en la unidad enes (unam) de Morelia. He basado la
praxis educativa en dinámicas de colaboración, buscando arraigar la formación cognitiva del pensamiento propio en jóvenes
aprendices del estudio social. El descubrimiento constante, la
recuperación del pensamiento en tiempo presente y el reconocimiento recíproco produjeron resultados sintéticos dispuestos
aquí para la develación reflexiva.

The US House of Representatives is deeply concerned by ongoing and pervasive acts of antisemitic
harassment and intimidation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Failing to act decisively to ensure a safe learning environment for all students would be a grave dereliction of your responsibilities as President of MIT and Chair of the MIT Corporation.
This Congress will not stand idly by and allow an environment hostile to Jewish students to persist. The House believes that your institution is in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and the inability or
unwillingness to rectify this violation through action requires accountability.
Postsecondary education is a unique opportunity for students to learn and have their ideas and beliefs challenged. However, universities receiving hundreds of millions of federal funds annually have denied
students that opportunity and have been hijacked to become venues for the promotion of terrorism, antisemitic harassment and intimidation, unlawful encampments, and in some cases, assaults and riots.
The House of Representatives will not countenance the use of federal funds to indoctrinate students into hateful, antisemitic, anti-American supporters of terrorism. Investigations into campus antisemitism by the Committee on Education and the Workforce and the Committee on Ways and Means have been expanded into a Congress-wide probe across all relevant jurisdictions to address this national crisis. The undersigned Committees will conduct oversight into the use of federal funds at MIT and its learning environment under authorities granted to each Committee.
• The Committee on Education and the Workforce has been investigating your institution since December 7, 2023. The Committee has broad jurisdiction over postsecondary education, including its compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, campus safety concerns over disruptions to the learning environment, and the awarding of federal student aid under the Higher Education Act.

USING BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY FOR E-LEARNING
Annotation. This article introduces the main principles of the Blockchain focusing on its potential for the e-learning. It
explains how this technology may both disrupt institutional norms and empower learners. It proposes one of scenarios for the
application of the Blockchain in an education context, based on the current state of technology development and deployment.
Blockchain is a modern information technology, providing creation of growing lists of data sequences. A separate
parts of the chain are called «blocks, which are linked using cryptography. Each component of the system remembers the
previous one, unauthorized changes are immediately blocked. The blockchain works as a decentralized register that stores data
on the Internet with an open access to the public.
Blockchain can be implemented within the automated management systems of individual higher education institutions
or groups of educational institutions. Each user who wants to store his personal and financial data as safe as possible, and to
provide a reliable information on his qualifications, can use blockchain technologies.
The most upcoming areas to implement multi-agent systems in e-learning are: personalization, i.e. adaptation of the
website content and design, allowing you to easily move from the standard website form and a set of individual tasks to a view
that takes into account the features of each individual student; identification of the user session; each user during the working
period can visit the university ACU many times and with different purposes, therefore, user visits must be divided into separate
sessions; creation of temporary working groups of students; creation of a competitive environment and support of the rating
system; verification and analysis of professional skills in case of further corporate training. It should be noted that Blockchain
technology can serve as a basis for implementing a centralized but actually distributed national database for authentication and
certification.

Анотація. Cтаття містить основні принципи технології Blockchain, зосереджуючи свою увагу на її
можливостях для електронного навчання. Проведено аналіз сценаріїв для застосування Blockchain в контексті освіти,
виходячи з сучасного стану технологій.
Ключові слова: Блокчейн, інформаційна система, інформаційні технології, електронне навчання,
автоматизовані системи управління.
INTRODUCTION. E-learning is considered now to be a flexible tool for student training. It is developing
dynamically and is focused on mobile learning, micro learning, automation of learning processes, working with
large volumes of data, video tutorial, gamification, personalized learning, cloud technology and transition from
distance learning systems to knowledge management systems. Therefore, we deal with the increasing relevance of
the content, forms, control and other activities of e-learning, as well as protection of personal data of the user’s
academic achievements in the university database with the help of the latest information technologies, namely,
Blockchain technology [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16].
Objectives: summarizing the experience and developing recommendations on the possibilities of
implementing and using Blockchain technology in e-learning systems.
MAIN POINTS. Blockchain is a modern information technology, providing creation of growing lists of
data sequences. A separate parts of the chain are called «blocks, which are linked using cryptography. Each
component of the system remembers the previous one, unauthorized changes are immediately blocked. The
blockchain works as a decentralized register that stores data on the Internet with an open access to the public.
Not a single centralized server, but the computer power of all participants of the process are used to create a
cryptography. It means that any user of the system built on the blockchain can also be its owner.
This approach offers the following benefits: a decentralized recording method by means of cryptography,
mathematical algorithms and time that provides:
- transparency of operations;
- inability to falsify information and enter new records, not following the established rules;
- information security, high protection against unauthorised access, information destruction or modification;
- high speed of operations;
- low processing costs.
Decentralized access disables or minimizes the possibility of unauthorized access to the system aimed on
entering false data. It saves the resources of universities, since it does not require additional costs to ensure data

verification and storage. It also reduces the influence of the human factor as well as the errors from the computer
side.
Usage of decentralized technologies is planned and has already been partially implemented at the state
level: e-Auction 3.0, e-Vox, E-Ukraine.
Blockchain technology is ideal as a new infrastructure to secure, share, and verify learning achievements.
The centralized model of present-day learning is no longer sustainable – indeed, blockchain technology
allows a total disintermediation and disaggregation of higher education. Today, learning happens increasingly
outside the brick-and-mortar lecture hall universities: it happens on online platforms, within communities of like-
minded individuals, or by contributing to projects and initiatives in the real world. Blockchain technology may hold
the answer to securely and verifiably collating the outcomes of this new distributed learning reality." Students gain
control and ownership of all their education data, their accreditation and portfolios of work, in a secure place that is
accessible to anyone who needs to verify them – and for their entire lifetime. Within a context where students,
teachers and course authors are in a direct relationship with one another, new transactional models will emerge. For
example, when a student views a learning video, a small micropayment can automatically be made to the video
authors [1 – 10].
Within this emerging model, micro-accreditation will take place through a blockchain. Transferability of
skills could also be facilitated through the accreditation of MOOCs – again, the future seems to indicate mix and
match teaching and learning via different media and different locations for face to face learning. There are also
significant opportunities in those areas which are increasingly positioned as alternatives (or in opposition to)
mainstream academic approaches, such as VET, corporate training and the qualifications awarded by professional
bodies, such as those in finance.
Thus, for example, a student may be awarded a certificate attesting a degree only if it has been issued for an
accredited program, which was in turn issued by an accredited university, which in turn was accredited by an
accredited quality assurance agency.
Introduction of intelligent e-learning interfaces based on blockchain technology.
The characteristic features of multimodal intelligent interfaces, which implementation ensures a natural
user-machine interaction, are considered in [9, 16]. The implementation of these features depends on the particular
system, where the appropriate interface is required. Implementing any feature of the interface involves clear
specification, as well as the ability to formally verify this specification applied to the interface of a certain system. In
general, they distinguish the following properties of intelligent agents: 1) activity, i.e. the ability to generate
intermediate goals and act rationally to achieve them; 2) independence, i.e. the ability to work without its owners
interference and to control the internal state; 3) basic knowledge, i.e. the agents knowledge about itself, the
environment, other agents that do not change during the agent's operation; 4) social behavior, i.e. the ability to
interact with other agents; 5) desires, i.e. states or situations, the achievement of which is critical for the agent; 6)
obligations, i.e. tasks that the agent assumes when it is accessed by other agents; 7) "beliefs", i.e. a variable part of
the basic knowledge that can change in time, the agent may not know about and continue to use them; 8) goals - a
set of conditions, the current behavior of the agent is directed to; 9) reactivity is an adequate perception of the
environment and reaction to its changes;
It is rather challenging to obtain the reliable information on the Internet due to the huge amount of available
data. For now, the widely used search tools fail to provide high-quality search. The most advanced search
capabilities are provided today by the keyword search systems. The main disadvantage of such systems is poor
accuracy of the information provided.
Improving the capabilities of such systems, aimed at increasing the accuracy of information, leads to the
complication of their query language. In addition, each system has its own syntax for query language. As a result,
this results in the user having to process a large number of documents himself.
That is why an important step is to select the prediction methods of user action. They in turn include:
sample search, cognitive modeling, applying the libraries of actions, and errors, shell systems and model logic.
All together intelligent agent is a hardware or software entity that can act independently in order to achieve
the goal set by the owner or user. Multi-agent systems are a kind of agency, a software and computing complex,
where various agents interact to solve the task assigned to them. At the same time, an intelligent agent can be
viewed as a cognitive system that has the ability to act after a decision has been made.
The main feature of the cognitive agent (Figure 1) is that it receives information from three sources: 1)
from the user in the form of goals and current instructions; 2) from the system itself; 3) from its own knowledge
base. Integration of these information processes is a necessary condition for management.
Ambient intelligence technology is a promising interdisciplinary technology formed at the junction of
cybernetics, artificial intelligence, computer technology and cognitive sciences. The term "Ambient Intelligence"
means an extended physical environment with technical devices sensitive to people's actions that in turn involves
recognizing users, understanding their goals and context, predicting behavior.
Modeling of multi-agent models in ambient intelligence environments involves: 1) strategic multi-agent
modeling in a specific environment; 2) modeling of dialogues and negotiations between cognitive agents; 3)
modeling of group training of agents in intellectual environments; 4) transition from the groups of agents to artificial
ecosystems; 5) development of mobile agent technology. Thus, a significant part of the information space of the
ambient intelligence environment is formed by the intelligent agents. The interaction of these agents while

processing information can significantly reduce the requirements to their computing resources and increase the
validity of the results. In general, the concept of AmI is closely related to the Service Science, because it is aimed on
providing certain services to users. A service-oriented architecture can also be used when implementing interactions
between agents, i.e. services that they can provide to other agents. Thus, modern systems of e-learning and
certification should be considered as a community of intelligent agents.

Blockchain can be implemented within the automated management systems of individual higher education
institutions or groups of educational institutions. Each user who wants to store his personal and financial data as safe
as possible, and to provide a reliable information on his qualifications, can use blockchain technologies.
The process of registering and using such a system by the end user is quite simple. It consists of the
following steps:
1. Download the necessary software from the university website. After running the file on the computer
(smartphone), install a package consisting of two programs known as i-ASU and i-ASUCert.
2. Order a New Certificate by means of i-ASUCert:
● firstly, you have to confirm that you want to get a certificate;
● then you specify the personal data using which you apply for certificate;
● the system proposes to protect your certificate with a password;
● at the next step you may need to select required certificate type, if you plan to place data on
several e-learning systems;
● request is stored on your computer as a x.pp1 file.
3. The request, a x.pq1 file, is posted on the website of the university. If you have any problems, you will
immediately see it.
4. Having received a confirmation of the request, the user must send a certified copy of his documents by
mail, as well as a document certifying the identity.
5. After receiving copies, your personal "certificate" will be sent to your email address as a x.pq2 file. You
will also receive a conditional name and password that will allow you to later access the information about
your resources on the corresponding website.
6. Having received the certificate, the user must import it into the i-ASUCert program.
7. After the file is imported, the user can proceed to the digital "signing" of his information.
8. When story in one of these formats is ready and verified, the user can work with the university ASU.
9. When the system receives all the necessary information, it begins to process ("sign") the client data. The
process is rather slow (about 20 minutes).
10. The client part of the program is linked to the user's hardware, so another key x.pq3 file is automatically
generated to switch to another computer.
It should be noted [ 15, 16] that this approach allows using intelligent agents of various types and
complexity levels. It provides an opportunity to model the approaches to the distribution of sub-tasks between
agents and to organize a correct interaction between agents in this case. The cases of cooperation and conflicts
between agents of various e-learning systems were also reviewed. The organization of interface by means of an
intelligent agent involves creating an entity that owns all the information about the system (knowledge of the system
business logic, access to the knowledge base). Such an entity can potentially respond to any query regarding the
system and the knowledge that it contains.
CONCLUSION. The most upcoming areas to implement multi-agent systems in e-learning are:
- personalization, i.e. adaptation of the website content and design, allowing you to easily move from the

student;
