  • 3. Marty De Rito was born in Bronx, New York. Martyreceived a Bachelor of Science, Finance, from Arizona StateUniversity in 1985 and became a Harvard Universityalumnus in February 2013. He has more than 25 years ofcommercial real estate experience, specializing in theacquisition, lease, sale, and development of retailproperties including automotive dealership parks. Martybecame a Harvard University Alumni in February 2013.Marty started working with CBS Property Service in 1986,and then joined Grubb & Ellis from 1987-1991. He formedDe Rito Partners, Inc. in 1992. Today, Marty is CEO of DeRito Partners whose platform includes four entities; De RitoPartners, Inc., which has grown to become one of thelargest brokerage firms in Arizona specializing in retail.   • 4. Chuck Carlise was born and raised in Arizona. Hisprofessional career includes 21 years of commercial realestate experience, specializing in the sale, lease anddevelopment of retail properties. In 1986 he joined Grubb& Ellis Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Company and heand partner Marty De Rito specialized in retail andhospitality property sales and leasing. In 1992, Chuckjoined Grossman Company Properties as senior vicepresident and director of leasing in charge of thepurchase/sale/lease of company-owned retail and officeproperties, including the 575,000 square-foot BiltmoreFashion Park. Chuck joined De Rito Partners Development,Inc. in 2003. Today, he is responsible for overseeing allfunctions of the development company including allsubsidiaries and partnerships.
