 As Electronic Communications Coordinator, I was
 responsible for the creation of all the current social
 media currently being utilized by the University’s
 Marketing Department.
   Includes but not limited to:
 Developed Social Media Content for all Social Media
 channels which included being part of the strategy
 development team.

 Assisted with the development of additional social
 media components university wide including full
 training on development and content creation.

 Created Social Media resource page providing visitors
 access to all current Wilkes University Social Media
   http://www.wilkes.edu/socialmedia
 Managed all university blogs (including training,
 strategy and development).
   Increase in engagement and views through university
    blogosphere during 3 years of management.
   Conducted training programs for a wide variety of
    university personal including faculty, staff and students.
   See an example blog at

 Managed all Social Media Accounts during Wilkes-
 Barre flooding Crisis of 2011.
   Served as source of information for all updates regarding
    campus and emergency outreach over the course of a 72
    hour period.
   Provided timely updates ensuring emergency protocol
    was followed and evacuation locations were clearly
    identified.
