«DONEX LTD» is machine-building enterprise. We manufacture highway
engineering and reclamative machinery (all purpose dragline excavators, pile
drivers, motor cranes and front loaders), spare parts, presswork and cast products.
Our enterprise is located close to Rostov-on-Don (main city of the South
Federal District). Our products are known under trademark DONEX and are
operated in the industrial construction, public housing, highway construction and
agriculture as well as at steel works, chemical plants, mining works and
thermoelectric plants.
«DONEX LTD» sells its products throughout all Russia as well as to foreign
countries, e.g. Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Byelorussia, Ukraine and
Bulgaria.

Our production capacity
We operate equipment of MicroStep, DAHLIH and MAXI, as
result we are able to:
perform high-precision sheet metal cutting without
additional machining;
perform high quality CO2 gas welding;
perform high precision machining of both axisymmetric
bodies and box-shaped members.
DONEX LTD manufacturing facilities include machine-
assembly shop, steel casting foundry, press shop and tool
shop. Headcount: 480. Our facilities enable us to
manufacture up to 50 various machinery items monthly.
Our tool shop enables us to manufacture die tooling and
foundry equipment for the press shop and casting foundry.
We can perform heat treatment of any type with our heat
treatment machinery.

Shovel EO-4112A-1 (EO-4212)
All-purpose rope crawler shovel
Scope of application for shovels EO-4112A-1 (EO-4212) is:
- all types of earthwork operations during industrial construction, farm building, highway construction and bonification.
Compared with larger excavators, this shovel is more maneuverable as it has lower ground pressure (at most
0.7 kgs/cm2 for EO-4112A-1 and 0.35 kgs/cm2 for EO-4212) and higher travel speed (3.5 km/h);
This shovel is the best for earthwork in light-textured and heavy-textured soils of grades I to IV.
EO-4112-A1 (EO-4212) is the only type of rope shovels manufactured in Russia.
This shovel can be equipped with various integral
implements and perform following works:
- dragline mode: trenching and channeling, soil loading
to trucks and to disposal area, usage for reclamation
works;
- back hoe mode: vehicle loading, excavation,
trenching etc..;
- front shovel mode: quarrying, soil loading to
trucks and to disposal area;
- grab mode: bulk loading/discharging, excavation, well
sinking etc.

Excavator EO-4212 with pile driver KoG-12-1.0.0-01
In public housing and industrial construction, pile driver KoG-12-1.0.0-
01 is used to drive (to sink) up to 3720 kg heavy and up to 12 m long
piles with guide rod diesel pile hammers MSDSh1-2500-01 (DR25) and
kick-atomizing diesel pile hammers MSDT1-1800-01 (DT18).
In case of guide rod hammers MSDSh1-2500-01 piles may be up to
12m long, up to 2730 kg heavy and of cross section 300x300 mm, or up
to 19 m long, up to 3100 kg heavy and of cross section 350x350 mm.
In case of kick atomizing hammers MSDT1-1800-01 piles may be up to
12 m long, up to 3720 kg heavy and of cross section 350x350 mm.
Pile driver may be operated within temperature range -40° to +40° С.
Key advantage of such excavators as compared with bulldozer-based
ones is maneuverability. EO-4212 with pile driver can drive several piles
without displacing the excavator.

Truck hoist design
Its support contour has 5 benchmarks to enhance reliability and ensure operation under 350°C. It results in minimization of
quantity of redeployments. That’s why DONEX truck hoists’ functionality and performance seriously exceeds those of existing
equivalents. To make operation in confined space more comfortable, our truck hoists have special mode wherein they are based
on supports and arms are dragged inside.
DONEX truck hoists are the only 27-ton truck hoist model provided with 360° operation area and they outperform other models in terms
of their lifting/height parameters. DONEX truck hoists have the best lifting capacity for different boom lengths and outreaches among
similar models.
Truck hoists are driven with axial piston hydro pump which is driven with motor of base truck through gearbox and additional drop box.
Hydraulic system consists of elements manufactured basing on up--to-date technologies that’s why it enables to operate truck hoist
equipment easily and smoothly and to use wide range of working operation’s adjustable speeds as well as to overlap any operations.
Truck hoist safety
Its safe operation is ensured by a lot of appliances and devices including load limitation device ONK with all parameters’ digital
indication
at driver’s display. This device contains “black box” (parameters’ register) and overvoltage protection module (for work near power
lines).
This device also automatically protects truck hoist against overloads, tilting and is equipped with special protection for work in confined
area near power lines.
