Purpose. KUT-6 roller is used for pre-sowing and after-sowing fields’ rolling with
simultaneous clod busting, for breaking of soil crust, for soil upper layer’s levelling,
compressing and mulching in order to make soil structure efficient, for moisture
conservation and good sprouts.
Properties: KUT-6 consists of
hitch tongue, frame, wings and
three sets of working tools (these
sets include crosskill disks and
geared rings). Roller may be
ganged up as a trailer with tractors
of drawbar category 1.4 to 2.0 tf.

station arranged field trial (see
chart). The trial showed: KUT crosskill rollers (sample roller was KKZ-6) stabilise
specified seed depth due to field surface’s compacting and levelling, increase seedling
emergence and development rate, ensure 7 to 17 % additional yield.

Purpose. KU-10 roller is used for pre-sowing and after-sowing fields’ rolling with
simultaneous clod busting, for breaking of soil crust, for soil upper layer’s levelling,
compressing and mulching in order to make soil structure efficient, for moisture
conservation and good sprouts.
Properties. KU-10 is trailed hydraulically operated machine. Within a few minutes it can
be transformed from working position to long-distance travel position for safe movement
along all-purpose roads.
The roller consists of hitch tongue, frame, wings and five sets of working tools (these
sets include crosskill disks and geared rings). Roller may be ganged up as a trailer with
tractors of drawbar category 3.0 tf.
Tools of KU-10 have relative motion of crosskill disks and geared rings which enables
tools’ self-cleaning from humid soil adherence.
Pre-sowing rolling with KU-10 greatly decreases soil evaporation and reduces sliding
motion of seeding machines’ driving-balancing wheels whereby seeding flatness improves,
seed shoe running depth is stabilized, up to 20 % additional yield is ensured.

Purpose. Chisels ChN-4 and ChN-3 are used for beardless and mouldboard soil
treatment, for soil knifing without soil backset, for pastures and meadows’ loosening and for
subsoiling at fallow fields and slopes.
Properties. Chisels provide up to 40 cm deep subsoil tillage which enables to break
plough pan and to improve soil air & water permeability.
The most effective usage of ChN-4 and ChN-3 is reached in dry farming areas. These
chisels penetrate well into extra dry soil furrow slices without large aftermath clods, provide
flat soil loosening. Effective soil pulverization is reached due to tools’ special shape similar
to Paraplow. These tools are equipped with replaceable shares and barpoints. The chisels
may be ganged up as a trailer with tractors of drawbar category 3.0 to 5.0 tf.
Chisel design includes tube roller for adjusting and maintenance of tillage depth, for
breaking of soil clods as well as for soil upper layer’s levelling and compressing.
