Development of Telematics) Tech.

» PTH and SMT Techniques are used for assembling.
» The unit has fully automatic programmable Pick &
Place machine.

WHAT IS PCB? Type 1 – Single Sided PCB
Type 2 – Double sided PCB
Type 3 – Multilayered PCB
 PCB, is used to mechanically support
and electrically connect electronic
components using conductive tracks.

» Used for testing the PCB for any type of defects(bending,breaking ,
removal of copper tracks ) by heating.
»Heating of the PCB done at 200-300 C.
