This document discusses employer preparedness for Affordable Care Act annual reporting requirements in 2016. It finds that only about half of mid-sized and large employers feel prepared to submit Forms 1094/1095-C by the February 2016 deadline. Additionally, less than a third of mid-sized and large employers have communicated with employees about Form 1095-C and the majority believe employees do not understand these forms and their tax implications. The document promotes using ADP services to help employers comply with reporting and communicate effectively with employees.
