approvals, Flow is the clear winner in this department.

3. Tracking Issues:

Flow’s triggering capabilites are limited to when an item is created or modified.
For notifications regarding date values, Sharepoint Designer is still the best bet.

4. Import Data from External Sites:

Forwarding attachments and uploading them to SharePoint only takes a template.

5. Complex Workflows:
